I created BE ONE as one space for physical well-being, mental health and spiritual health. As the name states "BE ONE", here you learn to BE ONE with yourself. For life long health, we must not only learn to understand our bodies with the proper nutrition and the proper exercise, but also the major role that connection to our Spirit plays in true inner peace, and everlasting joy.
Whether you're an avid yogi or just beginning, there is something here to fit exactly what you desire in workout routine. Options to take single classes, or follow a program to help you start your personalized yoga practice. You will find classes for all levels and various lengths of time. Power Vinyasa classes will strengthen and challenge your body with a high tempo and various poses, while Slow Flows allow for deeper stretches with a slower pace, but somewhat challenging with longer holds. Yin and Restore classes are meant to help you find a relaxed mind and body, with soothing sounds you'll stretch in long holds, open tight muscles, and connect to your breath to find inner calm. I will be flowing with you in every class! See you on the mat.

BE ONE incorporates all areas of fitness and well-being. We use all types of movement to benefit our bodies, but we also place a huge focus on finding a connection to your spirit through meditation. BE ONE teaches you how to tune in to your body and serve it from the space of self love, for food, movement, and mental health.
This is a perfect place to get you started as these meditations are guided by me, so there is no need to think, simply press play and tune in.
The follow along workouts vary from 15min-35min
The strength workouts can be done at the gym or at home. For at home, a set of dumbbells is recommended, a mat, resistance bands.
